How contact works
Owner phone numbers are never shown publicly or to search engines. A renter sees an owner's contact only after a confirmed match and an unlock. Messages go through the secure inbox.
What we check
- That the poster has a signed-in account with a confirmed mobile number.
- That rent and deposit are entered on new ads.
- Duplicate ads are flagged for admin review.
What we do not check
- We do not visit or inspect properties.
- We do not verify ownership documents unless an ad clearly says a separate check was done.
- We do not guarantee that a home is still available.
