How buying works
- Two ways to pay: online — the "Pay ₹X online" button, taken by our payment provider Paddle — or WhatsApp + UPI, where a message opens to our official number +91 77085 30663 and we reply with a UPI request for the exact amount. If the online button isn't showing, use WhatsApp.
- Tell us the email you signed up with, so we can link the order to your account.
- Online orders appear under My Kits as soon as payment is confirmed. WhatsApp/UPI orders are checked and released by hand — usually within 1 working day (Mon–Sat, 9 am–6 pm).

What do I get?
Editable Word files and print-ready PDFs of the agreement template, checklist and guides, downloadable from My Kits after payment.
Is the agreement legally valid?
It is a template drafted around the Tamil Nadu tenancy law. It becomes binding only when both parties fill it, sign it on proper stamp paper or e-stamp, and register the tenancy as the law requires.
Do I still need stamp paper?
Yes. The kit explains how to buy an e-stamp online.
How does the checklist protect my deposit?
Photos and notes taken on move-in day give you a dated record of the home's condition, so you can show what was already there when you vacate.
Is this needed to use ChennaiRentals.one?
No. Browsing, matching and messaging stay the same. The kit is optional.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Our Refund Policy gives a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid products — ask within 30 days of your order date and we refund to your original payment method (Paddle for online orders, our desk for UPI orders). See the refund policy.
