Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid products sold by SQEONE SYNERGY LLP through ChennaiRentals.one — including banner advertisements and sponsored article placements. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or contact our support team at chennairentals@sqe.one (or WhatsApp +91 77085 15773) with your order or receipt number and we will route the request for you.

For payments made directly by UPI, write to us at chennairentals@sqe.one with your payment reference and we will process the refund back to the same UPI account within 7 working days.

Once a refund is approved, the related product (banner slot or sponsored article) is deactivated. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method; timing depends on your bank or card provider.

Classified rental ads on ChennaiRentals.one are currently free to publish, so no refund applies to them. This policy covers only paid products.
