How buying works
- Two ways to pay: online — the "Pay ₹X online" button, taken by our payment provider Paddle — or WhatsApp + UPI, where a message opens to our official number +91 77085 30663 and we reply with a UPI request for the exact amount. If the online button isn't showing, use WhatsApp.
- Tell us the email you signed up with, so we can link the order to your account.
- Online orders appear under My Kits as soon as payment is confirmed. WhatsApp/UPI orders are checked and released by hand — usually within 1 working day (Mon–Sat, 9 am–6 pm).

Questions owners ask
Do I have to buy this to list my home?
No. Posting your rental ad stays free. OwnerGuard is optional.
Do you check my tenant for me?
Not in this kit. You get a structured form and checklist so you can collect ID, employment and reference details from the tenant yourself.
Do you guarantee rent payment?
No. OwnerGuard is paperwork and guidance, not insurance or a rent guarantee.
What does 'featured for 15 days' mean?
Your existing approved ad is marked featured for 15 days from the day you pick it in My Kits. It does not promise a set number of enquiries.
Is the agreement legally valid?
It is a template. It becomes binding only after both sides fill and sign it on proper stamp paper or e-stamp and register the tenancy.
